KATSURA CHECK socks (S/M) – liberty green + willow

These checkered socks, here in liberty green (the color of the Statue of Liberty) and willow (a light yellowy green), are inspired by the checks on the sliding screens at the Shokin-tei Teahouse at Katsura Rikyū Imperial Villa in Kyoto, built in the 17th century (and one of the world's most beautiful architectural creations––please see the picture below!).
